Reporting to the Quality Assurance Department Manager, this person will have the following responsibilities: * Provide necessary support in batch release. * Meet customer needs regarding quality and release of products manufactured by subcontractors. * Draft reports and evaluate customer complaints. * Perform Product Quality Reviews for products manufactured by subcontractors. * Draft procedures and reports, evaluate deviations from established quality standards, and manage change controls. * WE OFFER: * Being part of a dynamic work environment based on trust and transparency. * Flexible working hours: (Monday to Friday: arrival between 07.00 and 10.00; Monday to Thursday: departure between 16.00 and 19.00 – 30 minutes lunch break; Friday: departure between 15.00 and 19.00 – 30 minutes lunch break). * Temporary contract (replacement) - through ETT. * Social benefits: subsidized company cafeteria. * University degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, etc.).
