Required education: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Network and Systems Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or Telecommunications Engineering. Essential requirements: - Be a young person aged over 16 and under 30. - Be registered at the corresponding Labour Office of the Catalan Public Employment Service as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO). - Have the capacity to formalize a training employment contract for the purpose of obtaining professional practice at the time of signing. Note that the employment contract must be signed within three years—or five years if signed with a person with a disability—following completion of the relevant studies. - Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as a beneficiary. Contract type: Temporary contract for a period of 12 months. Working hours: 35 hours per week. Schedule: 07:30–14:30. Gross monthly salary: €1,970.24 × 12 payments. - Technical incident handling and resolution via telephone, email, or in person. - Installation and configuration of computer equipment and peripherals. - User support for office software and corporate applications. - Diagnosis and resolution of network and connectivity issues. - Basic server and security system maintenance. * Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science/Electronics * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree – Computer Science/Electronics * Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate) * Competencies/knowledge: - Knowledge of English is valued. - Transversal competencies: adaptability, organizational skills, and teamwork. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,970 * Additional information: The salary is gross monthly, paid in 12 installments, for a weekly working schedule of 35 hours.
