We are seeking a Labor Orientation Technician to join the SIOAS Program – Comprehensive Services for Orientation, Accompaniment, and Support in the labor integration of people with disabilities or mental health disorders. The selected candidate will be responsible for accompanying participants throughout their labor integration process through orientation, follow-up, and the design of personalized career pathways, thereby enhancing their employability and facilitating access to the labor market. Tasks include information provision, orientation, and accompaniment during both training and integration processes for the target group. Individual support, tutorial activities, and group facilitation. Support in implementing the work plan. Preparation of reports and documentation management. Design and follow-up of personalized integration pathways. Accompaniment of participants in their job search and enhancement of employability. Coordination with the technical team and local resources. Recording of interventions and preparation of program-related technical documentation. * Minimum 1 year of experience. \- 1 year of accredited experience in labor orientation, training, and accompaniment of individuals along labor integration pathways. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Preferred academic background in psychology, pedagogy, psychopedagogy, or special education teaching. \- Accredited training in gender perspective. \- In cases where these specific university degrees are not held, training in the fields of orientation and professional integration will be considered, and at least one year of documented experience as a vocational trainer working with the target group is mandatory.
