Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for a **Site Support Engineer** with **20 years of experience** to join a large-scale industrial engineering project. **About the position:** As a Site Support Engineer, you will be a key player in **technical support for the construction of industrial projects**, focusing on **mechanical, electrical, and piping (MEP) disciplines**. Your role will be essential to ensure proper execution of the design and seamless coordination between the supervising authority and the engineering team responsible for the project. This **SITE SUPPORT** position is critical to the success of our operations on **SITE** within the **INDUSTRY** sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as the focal point between the supervising authority and the engineering team, providing expert technical assistance. * Actively participate in site meetings, offering technical solutions and resolving design-related queries. * Clarify and resolve engineering design queries, initially in close coordination with discipline leads and progressively with greater autonomy. * Coordinate and ensure proper integration of all technical disciplines involved in the project (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and piping). * Supervise and support on-site work execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and deadlines. * Identify and propose solutions to technical issues arising during the construction phase. * Collaborate with the project management team to monitor progress and identify potential risks. * Ensure material quality and correct equipment installation according to drawings and specifications. * Document incidents, corrective actions, and lessons learned. **Essential Requirements:** * **University Degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field). * **Minimum verifiable experience of 20 years** in site support engineering, technical assistance, or similar roles. * **Proven, specific experience in MEP engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping) and/or technical assistance on industrial projects. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes in the industrial sector. * Solid experience in coordinating multiple technical disciplines. * Ability to interpret and manage complex engineering drawings. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Results-oriented, proactive, and highly capable of teamwork. * Willingness to work at various site locations as required by the project. **Highly Desirable:** * Prior experience participating in and executing major industrial projects in Spain, especially with top-tier construction and/or installation companies. * Knowledge of technical and safety regulations applicable to industrial projects. * Proficiency in project management and design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). * Technical English proficiency (reading and comprehension). **What We Offer:** * Join a leading company in the renewable energy sector with challenging and impactful projects. * Opportunity for professional development and growth within the company. * Dynamic, collaborative, and professional working environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and value.
