Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to join a leading construction company, developing residential projects and overseeing their execution. Key Highlights: 1. LUZA Group is looking for an ARCHITECT who can join a nationally recognized leader in the construction sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design of residential building projects adapted to company standards. * Development of necessary documentation for project execution. * Contact with suppliers and manufacturers to continuously improve the quality of energy and supply systems. * Monitoring correct on-site project execution. * Economic analysis capability for projects. **Required Qualifications:** * Architect \- Engineer \- Technical Engineer * Advanced proficiency in Revit required **What do we offer?** * Immediate incorporation at our Zaragoza offices. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM.
