You will identify opportunities for **continuous improvement** in processes and implement effective changes to ensure organizational success. Your key responsibilities will include: * Designing, analyzing, and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with productivity, quality, and safety objectives. * Creating and validating the standards required to achieve each process’s objectives, and deploying them in the factory. * Resolving and preventing quality issues in workshops, optimizing WIP and inventory. * Implementing and designing operational methods that foster continuous improvement across various workstations. * Planning, executing, and managing continuous improvement projects, ensuring achievement of objectives and budget compliance. * Applying and deepening expertise in the TPS\-Lean Manufacturing system to optimize processes. * Conducting process time measurements and managing projects using appropriate planning tools. * Identifying and overseeing suitable suppliers for manufacturing process requirements. * Participating in innovation projects impacting manufacturing processes—from planning through commissioning of new facilities and machinery. * Designing, obtaining, and analyzing operational KPIs, verifying their alignment with company objectives. * Collaborating with occupational health and safety and environmental departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Ensuring adherence to procedures and work instructions related to prevention, quality, environment, and sustainability. * Managing segregation and storage of generated waste according to defined regulatory requirements for your role. **What will make you succeed in this position?** * A degree in **Engineering**, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial organization, or related fields, is required. Additionally, a **strong command of English**, both written and spoken, is necessary. * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Process Engineer in a professionalized and flexible company, focused on process improvement—both in daily activities and execution of new projects. Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be highly valued. * Proficiency in performing **mechanical design** using **3D modeling software** will be strongly preferred.
