Through our Circular Economy business unit, we drive the implementation of alternative fuels and waste valorization, minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainability. We continuously research and innovate to adapt to our customers’ needs while always meeting sustainability criteria. We are seeking to hire a Machine Operator–Multiskilled Operator for the Circular Economy Division, dedicated to producing steelmaking aggregates from black slag generated at a steel mill. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Reporting to the Plant Manager, the candidate will perform the following duties: * Feed raw material (black slag) into the production line. * Load finished product (steelmaking aggregates) onto trucks. * Carry out production, maintenance, and cleaning tasks—both for the plant and for mobile machinery. * Monitor proper operation of fixed and mobile machinery and plant facilities. * Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and troubleshooting. * Inspect the quality of produced steelmaking aggregates. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a benchmark in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Flexible compensation, school assistance, pension plan. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: * At least 1 year of relevant experience. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and assigned responsibilities; initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Basic office software skills, OHS training, and valid mobile machinery operator licenses (wheel loader and telescopic handler) will be valued. * Availability to work a continuous daytime shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Advanced level of Spanish. #LI-SM1
