





**Why do we need you?** At Placo, we are looking for our next Engineering team member—specifically, a Process Engineer. Your main responsibilities will include: * Reviewing process parameters across various control stations on the production line using the SCADA system, as well as directly on-site through coordination with different departments. * Defining, adapting, and updating factory technology to align with best available production techniques (industrialization of new equipment), ensuring reliable operation. * Participating in strategic projects aimed at improving production line efficiency. * Evaluating process parameters to implement appropriate adjustments across Group production lines, thereby enhancing their efficiency and productivity. * Leading, implementing, and resolving corrective actions for failures detected in the factory’s manufacturing process. * Providing guidance and recommendations regarding equipment selection, as well as implementation and commissioning. * Optimizing production parameters based on market conditions from both economic and productive perspectives. * Gathering information through testing and KPI analysis to feed the central department’s knowledge base and propose an action plan for proper project implementation. * Monitoring and controlling KPIs related to energy consumption. **Is this role right for you?** You match our requirements if you have: * An engineering degree related to industry. * At least one year of prior experience in this role.
