We are seeking to incorporate a **Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects in the naval, offshore, and technological sectors**, performing the following responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor projects in the naval and offshore sectors.
* Manage project planning, timelines, and resources.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth communication among all involved areas.
* Act as the primary point of contact with clients, suppliers, and other project collaborators.
* Supervise work progress and ensure achievement of established objectives.
* Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure project success.
* Conduct financial monitoring and prepare project status reports.
* Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Participate in progress meetings and strategic decision-making.
* Support the identification of new opportunities and improvements within projects.

**Requirements:**

**Requirements**
* University degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably Engineering.
* Experience in project leadership and management.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
* Knowledge of project planning and control (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools).
* Ability to perform financial monitoring, risk management, and change control.
* Minimum English level B2; higher levels are valued.
The following will be considered advantageous:
* Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary engineering work packages, with responsibility for scope, resources, planning, costs, risks, and client acceptance of deliverables, ensuring contract objectives are met.
* Knowledge of the naval and offshore sector.
* Experience in contractual management and coordination of international suppliers.
* Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and document management systems.
* Prior experience in international and multicultural environments.
