Main responsibilities of the position
Comprehensively manage logistics projects, contracts, and services associated with national and international programs, including planning, coordination, and execution of activities; preparation of budgets, technical specifications, and reports; as well as cost control, invoicing, risk management, quality assurance, schedule adherence, and contractual compliance.
Coordinate necessary logistics services and infrastructure required for carrying out activities, including travel, accommodation, transportation, offices, classrooms, events, access control, and security services, ensuring proper delivery and availability of resources.
Coordinate operational relations with clients, public agencies, civil and military authorities, external entities, and security offices, ensuring correct handling of associated administrative and operational requirements.
Manage international mobility and expatriation processes, including visas, residence permits, administrative authorizations, medical assistance insurance policies, welcome plans, and comprehensive support for relocated personnel and their families.
Carry out port logistics management, including provision of services for military vessels and crews.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement corrective actions, and continuously improve service quality.
Required qualifications
Degrees in Business Administration and Management.
Degrees in Commercial and Business Education.
Degrees in Other Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Degrees in Law.
Training courses valued during Phase 1 (Merit Assessment) related to the position to be filled:
Advanced Excel.
Project Management Professional (PMP).
Public Sector Contracts Act.
JOB CONDITIONS
**Entry level:** Minimum D2
**Contract type:** Permanent
The selected candidate shall perform duties under the working hours regime applicable to the assigned position, which may include standard working hours, shift work, or any other special working hour arrangements stipulated in the current Collective Agreement.
