Main responsibilities of the position
Implement the initiatives defined in the Naval Systems Excellence Center’s strategic plan at the Cybersecurity and Computing Excellence Center.
Promote the integration of cybersecurity into Navantia Sistemas’ products by leveraging the collaborative and open innovation space accessible to other companies, technology centers, and universities.
Develop and implement activities identified by the Naval Systems Excellence Center in Cybersecurity and Computing across various workstreams, including: Zero Trust, Audits and Forensic Analysis, Quantum Cryptography, CyberRange, Cyber Weapons, Quantum Computing, and Intensive Computing Solutions such as Hyperconvergence — always aligned with product development requirements.
Monitor technological developments and evaluate cybersecurity products and technologies.
Define reference architectures, technical standards, and technology roadmaps for cybersecurity products.
Participate in R\+D\+i activities and collaborate with universities and companies to incorporate advanced technological capabilities.
Drive technological evolution of products.
Contribute to and foster dialogue with universities, companies, and other technology centers, in alignment with Navantia Sistemas’ defined strategy.
Contribute to internal and external research initiatives, developments, and prototyping efforts where multidisciplinary teams from different companies and/or universities may coexist.
Participate in communication and dissemination of the Center’s technological activities at national and international forums.
Evaluate, analyze, and propose improvements to the Center’s procedures, services, and/or infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any specialty).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics.
Training courses to be considered during Phase 1 (Merit Evaluation) related to the position to be filled:
**Information Security:**
ISO 27001 (Lead Auditor / Implementer).
STIC and ENS Management.
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
**Cloud Security:**
Cloud Security (CCN\-STIC).
CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional).
**Cyber Intelligence and Monitoring:**
STIC Cyber Intelligence.
STIC Early Detection.
**Infrastructure Security and Secure Development:**

**Risk Management, Auditing, and Compliance:**
