We are over 23,000 people across 20 countries — passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place by pushing boundaries every day to make the seemingly impossible possible. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** Tasks required for quality assurance and control in Naval programs: * Coordinate meetings with the Quality department and draft meeting minutes. * Monitor budget and activity progress. * Review supplier Quality Plans for the program. * Prepare reports. * Manage Quality Alerts for the program in SAP (Non-Conformities, minutes, etc.). * Manage concessions in Windchill and SAP. * Define audit checklists. * Conduct audits of international suppliers (EU/UK). * Track and report on activity progress. * Coordination meetings with shipyards. * Prepare records and traceability per VCRM requirements. Support Acceptance. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Academic and professional qualification: Mid/Senior Engineer or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering in any discipline; or Higher Vocational Training Diploma in any technical discipline. * Official English language certification at B2 level. * Formal training certification in external audits. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management within industrial environments, preferably in the naval sector. * Minimum 1 year of experience conducting supplier audits under ISO 9001 standards. * Minimum 1 year of experience working on projects governed by PECAL regulations. * Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP, specifically managing non-conformities in the Quality Management (QM) module. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** At Quest Global, we believe in equal opportunities and are committed to maintaining an inclusive and safe workplace, ensuring equal opportunity in recruitment, training, and development — free from discrimination based on ethnicity, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social circumstance.
