This role offers the chance to design and implement backend systems for AI\-driven products, utilizing the latest technologies in a fully remote setting. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design, develop, and maintain backend services for AI\-powered products and automation workflows * Build and integrate AI agents, LLM\-based features, tools, and workflows into existing backend systems * Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using .NET 10, C\#, and ASP.NET Core * Design and implement data access and persistence layers using Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL * Integrate AI services, external APIs, and third\-party systems into production applications * Implement authentication and authorization using ASP.NET Core Identity and JWT * Work with AWS S3 for file and object storage, including integration with AI processing workflows * Implement observability, distributed tracing, metrics, and logging using OpenTelemetry * Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability * Participate in the design of AI\-driven features and contribute to technical decisions around architecture and system integration * Work in a fast\-paced environment where requirements may be incomplete or evolving, turning business and AI use cases into practical technical solutions * Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent features **Requirements** ---------------- * 1\-2 years of professional experience in backend development with .NET and C\# * Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and modern backend development practices * Hands\-on experience with Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL * Experience with authentication and authorization using ASP.NET Core Identity and JWT * Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns * Experience integrating external APIs and third\-party services * Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies, AI agents, tool calling, RAG, or AI\-driven automation * Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to work with rapidly evolving AI tooling * Experience with AWS services, particularly AWS S3 * Familiarity with observability and distributed systems concepts; experience with OpenTelemetry is a strong advantage * Proficiency with Git and standard software development workflows * Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguous requirements, and take ownership of backend and AI\-related tasks * Languages: English, Russian **Key Soft Skills** ------------------- * Ability to work autonomously and take initiative * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Adaptability to work in a fast\-paced and evolving environment * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional engineering and product teams * Strong team collaboration skills **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary aligned with experience * Collaborative and transparent team culture * High\-impact role in a scaling fintech company * Recognition of personal milestones and achievements * Social benefits
