At CQH, we are seeking a candidate with a solid administrative and accounting background to manage and control the company’s economic, labor, tax, and operational information. This will be a key support role for management, involving daily interaction with procurement, sales, suppliers, customers, production, logistics, and external advisors.
We seek a highly organized individual with sound judgment and the ability to understand the entire business cycle: what is purchased, sold, produced, moved, invoiced, and recorded.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Comprehensive administrative management.
* Accounting recording and control.
* Monitoring of labor management.
* Control and monitoring of account balances.
* Monitoring of production and logistics data.
* Preparation of reports.
* Coordination with management, production, logistics, and customers.
**Requirements**
* Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree in Administration and Finance, or a university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields.
* Proven experience in administration, accounting, and document management; experience in SMEs with broad responsibilities is especially valued.
* Practical knowledge of accounting: invoicing, journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, payments, and support for period-end closings.
* Knowledge of tax and labor management—at least sufficient to prepare information, review documentation, and collaborate effectively with external advisors.
* Strong Excel skills and ease working with data, cross-referencing information, filters, formulas, and incident tracking.
* Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or invoicing tools; experience with equivalent systems is valued.
* Ability to understand the interrelationship among documentation, accounting, inventory, logistics, and commercial operations.
* A meticulous, organized, solution-oriented individual capable of working autonomously.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in industry, logistics, food, raw materials trading, or environments with high volumes of purchases, sales, and goods movement.
* Experience in balance reconciliation operations, documentation, and transaction tracking.
* Knowledge of traceability, inventory control, cost management, or production data tracking.
* Ability to generate simple management reports for senior management.
Salary: Starting from €17.000.00 per year
