Requirements * Qualification: Not required * Valued: \- Prior experience as an operator is advantageous to gain first-hand knowledge of plant operations. + Problem-solving ability, assertive communication, and leadership skills. + Residence in Olot or the Garrotxa region (or availability of personal vehicle for commuting). * Responsibilities: In your daily work, you will serve as the key contact person on the production line, responsible for: + Leading and coordinating the team of operators assigned to your production line. + Organizing and coordinating daily production to meet established targets. + Supervising proper machinery operation and ensuring quality standards. + Promptly and effectively resolving first-level operational incidents. + Ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Essential: To fit this profile, we seek: + Demonstrable prior experience as a Line Manager or supervisor in industrial settings. + Mandatory experience managing and leading teams of production operators.
