DESCRIPTION **Chemical Operator** ====================== **Grup Montaner** is seeking to hire a **Chemical Operator** for a chemical manufacturing plant located in Riudellots de la Selva. If you are an active, dynamic individual with experience in industrial environments, this is your opportunity! **Main Responsibilities:** * You will be responsible for the proper operation of our extrusion machinery — a key process for manufacturing components for the automotive sector. * Feeding the extruder machine via hoppers with solid raw material. * Continuous supervision of the extrusion process, ensuring material transformation into small pellets meeting required quality standards. * Performing physical loading tasks associated with continuous material supply to the machine, guaranteeing productive efficiency. * Strict adherence to company-established production and quality procedures. * Other duties arising from the position: * Execute daily weighing plans; prepare, weigh, and identify raw materials; equipment parameterization. * Interpret and record the production plan; monitor formulas/processes; product packaging; quality control. **Work Schedules:** We offer a rotating shift system from Monday to Friday: * Morning Shift: 05:50 to 14:00 (Monday to Friday). * Night Shift: 21:50 to 06:00 (Sunday to Thursday). * Afternoon Shift: 13:50 to 22:00 (Monday to Thursday), and Fridays from 15:50 to 19:30. **What We Offer:** * Employment with an established and growing company. * Job stability. * Ongoing training. * Professional development opportunities. * A dynamic and professional work environment. Good general physical condition is required, with no limitations that could affect loading and material handling tasks. * **Respiratory Health:** Absence of respiratory difficulties is essential. The extrusion process generates dust in the workplace, therefore wearing a mask at all times is mandatory. * **Professional Attitude:** A committed, responsible, and punctual individual. Punctuality is especially critical due to the uninterrupted operation of the extrusion machine — the only machine in the company operating continuously. * **Learning Ability:** Willingness to learn and follow procedures. * **Availability to provide previous employment references.**
