This professional opportunity falls within the Service for Supporting Autonomy at Home (SAPLL), a key service included in the Social Services Portfolio.
• Location: CELRÀ, GIRONÈS.
• Main Objective: To promote and achieve the highest possible degree of autonomy for individuals living alone.
• Target Population: People with intellectual disabilities or social difficulties stemming from mental illness.
• Service Mission: To provide tools and resources to acquire autonomy in tasks and activities presenting difficulties, thereby improving personal life and social networks. Personal and social adjustment is addressed, and self-concept is reinforced.
The selected candidate will be responsible for direct user support and will carry out the following technical and coordination tasks:
1\. Direct Intervention and Support
• Planning and monitoring of PIAIs (Individual Care and Intervention Plans), focusing on social factors.
• Implementation of activities agreed upon with the team for executing the PIAIs.
• Ensuring promotion of the user’s personal development by identifying and encouraging use of sociocultural and training resources, etc.
• Identifying leisure resources suited to each user’s needs.
• Seeking user satisfaction across various aspects of daily life.
2\. Technical Management and Documentation
• Preparing and subsequently recording carried-out activities.
• Keeping the service’s user file permanently updated.
3\. Coordination and Knowledge of the Environment
• Coordinating with reference professionals and other services.
• Coordinating with the Service for Attention to People regarding matters related to the SAPLL.
• Understanding each user’s family situation and social environment.
• Knowing local social resources and services.
• Providing families with resources and benefits adaptable to each individual situation.
* Experience: 1 year. Experience in supporting people with functional diversity.
* Degree in Social Education
* Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced)
* Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced)
* Competencies / knowledge: Empathetic, responsible, adaptable, and skilled in conflict management. Candidates holding any of the following university degrees will also be considered:
- Degree in Psychology
- Degree in Pedagogy
- Degree in Psychopedagogy
- Degree in Social Work
* Availability of personal vehicle
* Driving license: B
* Permanent employment contract
* Part-time position (35 hours – weekly schedule)
