Performance of core functions of a labor department **Job Description:** We are a consultancy with offices in Barcelona, Girona, and Figueres, specializing in comprehensive labor management and advisory services for companies across various sectors. We seek to hire a person for our labor team who wants to grow professionally within a dynamic and close-knit environment. Individuals joining the team will perform core functions of the labor department of a consultancy or law firm specializing in labor matters. They will handle labor advisory and management services for client companies, as well as all related procedures before official bodies. **Requirements:** * Extensive experience in corporate labor advisory and labor management. * Prior work experience in a consultancy or human resources department is mandatory, along with up-to-date training and knowledge. Proficiency in the Suasor software will be valued. * Catalan / Spanish. French and English: desirable. * Competencies and knowledge: responsible, methodical individual with strong customer orientation. **Employment Type:** Full-time, permanent contract **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In August, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Work Location:** Figueres (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €23,000.00–€28,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
