




An administrative assistant with experience is required for a leading company in the commercial sector in the Figueres area. The main responsibilities of the position will include customer service, both by phone and in person, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. Likewise, the candidate will be responsible for managing and strictly controlling all documentation relevant to daily operations. This includes organizing exam appointments for students, handling payments for services provided, and performing daily cash register reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Saturday. Working hours will follow a split shift system, with availability between 09:30 and 20:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Experience in customer service and administrative management. * We are looking for an organized, versatile individual with flexible availability. * Residing near the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Higher Education in Administrative Management or equivalent. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
