Take charge of rural tourism houses, guest check-ins and check-outs, and house cleaning • Manage guest arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out) for 7 rural accommodations located on the estate. • Clean and prepare accommodations for occupancy. • Report any damages and communicate them to the assistant and maintenance team (construction, facilities and outdoor areas). • Ensure order and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor spaces of the accommodations and storage area. • Turn lights on and off (interior and exterior) when guests leave in the morning and return in the afternoon. • Coordinate with external laundry service and keep updated inventory records of bed linens, textile stock, and furniture in the houses. Inventory will be reviewed every 3 months. • Feed and care for pets and animals on the estate and lake (dogs and ducks). • Work to maintain or improve the estate's rating on Booking and other websites, aiming to increase the current score. • Preserve and enhance the estate's reputation. • Accommodation is included in the position, in an apartment within the estate, with all expenses covered. • Full-time residency at the estate is required as manager. • Pets are allowed provided they have up-to-date veterinary records * Experience: 1 year in the same tasks described * Spanish (spoken medium level, written medium level) * Availability of a vehicle * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time
