





The main responsibilities of this position include the comprehensive management of the telephone switchboard, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. You will also be in charge of receiving, sorting, and distributing all incoming correspondence, including messages and mailbags, ensuring everything reaches its destination. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, receiving them professionally and providing necessary information upon request. Additionally, you will actively participate in preparing and securing facilities, ensuring everything is ready for access and safety, as well as organizing and booking meeting rooms. Good command of computer tools at user level is required. Previous experience in similar roles will be valued positively, especially knowledge of other languages, which will enhance communication and service capabilities in diverse contexts.
