Currently, for the Flacà (Girona) site, we are seeking a Production Manager to lead the planning and production control process during the work shift. Leading teams under their responsibility and ensuring optimal operations. The selected candidate must be able to resolve shift incidents according to instructions from their direct supervisor (Production Management), established procedures, weekly plans, and defined safety, quality, and operational standards, in order to ensure achievement of efficiency, quality, safety, quantity, and timeliness objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the production process. * Leadership and coordination of department personnel (hiring, selection, training, etc.). * Monitor workplace safety. * Monitor machine status and coordinate with the Maintenance department. * Management of KPIs: Production, Quality, Safety, etc. * Waste control and leadership in meeting the company's environmental goals. * Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and other mandatory company policies and regulations. **Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: rotating shifts: 6\-14/14\-22/22\-06 h. * Competitive salary. * Very interesting non-salary benefits. * Parking available within the company premises. * Opportunities for growth and development within an established company with high quality standards. **Requirements:** * Residence: mandatory in the province of Girona. * Availability: ability to work rotating shifts. * Education: degree in Engineering, Mechanics or related fields. * Languages: minimum native-level Spanish, English knowledge highly valued. * Experience: essential previous experience managing teams in an industrial environment of at least 2 years.
