




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud and Systems Infrastructure Engineer to manage cloud services, administer Linux and Windows servers, and participate in international infrastructure projects. If you want to join an organisation that values our differences, we are looking for you! **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Management and optimization of cloud infrastructure services (primarily Google Cloud Platform, although experience with other cloud providers is also valued). * Administration and maintenance of Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Debian), ensuring their performance, stability, and security. * Administration of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering. * Management and maintenance of identity and access management (IAM) systems, ensuring proper permission and access administration. * Implementation of automation processes and scripting to reduce manual operational tasks. * Monitoring infrastructure performance and resolving incidents through analysis of logs, metrics, and system events. * Participation in international infrastructure projects, collaborating with global teams in English. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Permanent contract * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30\-9:30 AM to 5:30\-6:30 PM, with reduced hours on Fridays and during July and August * Two days of remote work per week * Alsalud programme — our proprietary health programme — and access to an extensive network of gyms * Internal mobility opportunities after two years in the same position * Opportunity to participate in our volunteering programme **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or related field * Advanced English level (ability to participate in technical meetings) * Approximately 5 years of experience in similar infrastructure or systems administration roles * Solid experience managing cloud environments (GCP or other cloud providers) * Advanced Linux systems administration (shell scripting, process management, security) * Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments * Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems * Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewall rules, and routing * Experience in server hardening and patch/update management * Proactive and collaborative profile, eager to learn and contribute to the team * Ability to work in dynamic environments and assume responsibility **Our commitment to equal opportunities** In Alsa we promote diversity and equal opportunities.
