




We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with management capabilities to provide administrative support for all school activities. The ideal candidate must be responsible, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills. Administrative assistance to students, teaching staff, and the general public. Management of emails, telephone inquiries, course registrations, and related documentation. Support in coordinating training programs (FOAP, workshops, annual courses). Database management, archiving, and updating of information. Communication support: website updates, social media management, and dissemination of information. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email, document management). * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Experience in training centers, course or FOAP program management is valued. Familiarity with the artisanal or cultural sector is an asset. Digital communication skills (website, social media, Canva, etc.) are desirable.
