




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist for a 4-star hotel with experience in customer service, billing, and incident management, fluent in multiple languages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive guest service and handling of requests/complaints 2. Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office is valued 3. Effective interdepartmental communication Receptionist at a 4\* hotel, performing standard duties: check-in/check-out, billing, customer service, phone calls, and emails. Receptionist at a 4\* hotel. Duties: Guest service, check-in, check-out, phone calls and emails, billing, handling requests and complaints, interdepartmental communication of operational matters, etc. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a hotel receptionist: customer service, billing and cash closing, phone calls, emails, incident and request management. * PRIMARY EDUCATION COMPLETED * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * French (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * English (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office and PMS systems such as Opera, SAP, TESIPRO will be positively considered. * Own vehicle available * Driving license: Class A * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1932 * Additional relevant information: Receptionist working rotating intensive shifts, fulfilling all standard responsibilities of the position.
