We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support across several key areas of the company. Main Responsibilities: • Customer Service: Resolving inquiries and incidents, handling customer queries, and providing general support to our customers. • Logistics: Managing parcel shipments and controlling delivery notes. • Administrative Management: Supporting the coordination and organization of daily administrative tasks. • Document Management: Organizing and archiving documents. Requirements: • Training in administration or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Good communication skills and customer orientation. • Proactive individual with initiative and ability to work effectively in a team. * 1 year of experience. Preferred qualifications: • Prior experience in administrative tasks, particularly within the livestock farming sector or similar. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP Grado Superior) in Administration * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position
