A company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products is seeking to hire a Quality Control Technician at Pla de l'Estany. The main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring all operational systems are properly documented (SOPs). * Reviewing all procedures drafted within the company. * Guaranteeing quality across all activities in accordance with the company's quality manual. * Monitoring internal incidents related to documentation, coordinating corrective actions, and following up on their resolution. * Managing external complaints and initiating necessary actions to address each specific type of complaint. * Coordinating training plans for industrial department personnel. * Managing external complaints and initiating necessary actions to address each specific type of complaint. * Coordinating training plans for industrial department personnel. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, split shifts between 08:00 and 17:15, including legally mandated breaks. * Experience in chemical\-pharmaceutical companies. * We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and strong commitment. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * Own vehicle required for commuting to work. * Advanced level in office software. * .\- High-level English proficiency.
