Therefore, we want to incorporate an HR Technician who brings labor experience, autonomy, and judgment to manage both labor processes and our team's development processes. **What you will do** * You will manage the entire payroll process from start to finish: hour tracking, timesheet review, calculation, and final validation. * You will coordinate hires, terminations, and changes in Social Security, contracts, and extensions. * You will be the main labor reference for our restaurant managers, offering close support and advice. * You will handle employee inquiries with empathy and rigor. * You will analyze situations in the restaurants and teams to make appropriate decisions autonomously. * You will follow up on new hires and probation periods, ensuring a good onboarding and adaptation. * You will manage the FUNDAE training credit and support the implementation of the company's training plan, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities. * You will act with autonomy, judgment, and analytical ability, providing practical and efficient solutions. * You will collaborate with the rest of the HR team to maintain an agile, collaborative, and people-oriented work environment. **What we are looking for** * Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar. * Master’s in HR management is a plus. * Experience managing payroll and staff in companies with a significant number of employees. * Common sense, initiative, and sound judgment to act according to each situation. * Ability to make autonomous decisions with a practical and accurate vision. * Analytical, adaptable person with good judgment, capable of understanding needs effectively at all times. * Communication skills and ability to work with different profiles within the organization. **What we offer** * Be part of a close, professional HR team with a great working atmosphere. * A stable project with opportunities to grow and learn within the labor and people development area. * Competitive conditions and a work model based on trust, collaboration, and autonomy. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
