We are seeking an Architect on a full-time basis of 37.5 weekly hours in the morning for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years. The role involves providing municipal architectural services to various town councils within the region. Appointment starts immediately or by January 1st at the latest. \- Preparation of projects, studies, assessments, and measurements \- Site management and coordination of health and safety. \- Drafting urban planning and urban management schemes. \- Urban planning advisory services to municipalities and the County Council. \- Preparation of license reports for the Town Councils of the region. \- Drafting other types of reports within the field of architecture. \- Reporting on files within the assigned scope (related to permits, construction works, execution orders, urban legality, planning, or activities), including disciplinary or sanctioning procedures, and conducting technical follow-up. \- Performing inspection tasks when necessary to properly report on relevant files. \- Carrying out technical supervision of demolition, building, and urbanization works. \- Creating templates and forms for requesting aid, subsidies, permits, and construction notifications. \- Supporting the management of applications and monitoring subsidies allocated to their area of responsibility. \- Reviewing and monitoring files processed by the department related to activities carried out in the affiliated municipalities. \- Supervising and/or guiding procedures performed by other technical staff within the department. \- Attending to the public in person, remotely, and by phone regarding matters related to their field. \- Applying the technical and organizational measures established by the Corporation concerning personal data processing, complying with current personal data protection regulations, and maintaining confidentiality obligations, which will remain in effect even after the termination of their employment or official relationship with the Corporation. * Architecture * Driver's license: B * Temporary employment contract (13 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2800' to '3000'
