Temporary civil servant as a social worker to cover a half-time position at the CDIAP of the Pla de l'Estany County Council, replacing a staff member on legal parental leave for a minor child. \- Conduct individual, family, and community-based detection and prevention of social risk or exclusion situations. \- Receive and analyze requests in direct service delivery to users or their families. \- Inform, guide, and advise on existing social benefits and resources to address specific individual and family issues. \- Implement and evaluate individual or family support interventions in areas such as: social and labor integration, medical and psychological treatments, education and schooling, family and personal relationships, among others, in accordance with the work plan. \- Process and monitor individual and/or family benefits to which the user is entitled. \- Process and monitor referrals to specialized care services, and subsequently support users' social integration processes. \- Detect and prevent social risk or exclusion situations affecting groups requiring social intervention, specifying these in outreach, awareness-raising, and community activation projects. \- Receive and analyze requests from organizations and neighborhood groups. \- Promote, develop, and monitor community intervention projects targeting groups affected by similar issues. * Social Work * Catalan (spoken and written at an advanced level) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time schedule (18 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 1305 * Additional relevant information: Temporary civil servant
