The selected candidate will join the maintenance team, working closely with the Area Manager and participating in the comprehensive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems, as well as in optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities. * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and technical improvements. * Organize and manage the workshop, tools, and materials. * Complete technical records and ensure compliance with quality procedures. * Apply safety regulations and guarantee correct use of equipment. * Collaborate with other teams on operational and improvement projects. Profile Requirements: * Technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial or production environments is desirable but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan. English is an asset.
