We are seeking a warehouse worker with experience operating a forklift for a paper industry company located in the Flaçà area. Main responsibilities will include order picking and returns handling, as well as sorting, handling, and placing materials in the warehouse. The role also involves stretch-wrapping pallets and segregating defective materials. A key part of the position will be loading and unloading materials using the forklift, along with other duties inherent to the role. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered. Working hours will be distributed across rotating morning, afternoon, or night shifts, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum demonstrable experience as a warehouse worker or forklift operator performing tasks identical or similar to those described in this posting. * We seek a responsible, dynamic, committed individual accustomed to teamwork. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * Immediate availability to start. Workplace for a Forensic Doctor at the judicial district of FIGUERES. This is a TEMPORARY CONTRACT to cover a substitution (of indefinite duration with a maximum of 3 years). Tasks of the forensic doctor include technical assistance to judicial bodies, with a regular working day of 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Additionally, depending on the population, 24-hour rotating shifts or weekly availability shifts, also on a rotating basis, must be performed and distributed monthly among the forensic doctors of the respective shift area. The professional discipline includes forensic pathology: functions related to medico-legal investigations and autopsies in all cases of violent death or suspected criminality upon judicial order, medical supervision and care of detainees, injured persons, or patients under the jurisdiction of judicial authorities, in the circumstances and manner determined by law. Issuing medico-legal reports and expert opinions, monitoring injuries, assessing bodily harm, conducting forensic psychiatric evaluations such as incapacities, psychiatric hospitalizations, cognitive abilities, etc., that are subject to legal proceedings. They also carry out investigative and collaborative functions arising from their role. During legal proceedings or investigations initiated by the Public Prosecutor's Office, they will operate under the authority of judges, magistrates, prosecutors, and civil registry officers, performing their duties with full independence and based on strictly scientific criteria. * Experience: 1 month. Functions directly related to the position advertised will be considered. * Competencies / knowledge: Specializations specifically valued include legal and forensic medicine, psychiatry, traumatology, gynecology, other specialties (pathological anatomy), courses related to the Administration of Justice, certificates of Catalan language proficiency level, and professional experience directly related to the job. - Having worked as a forensic doctor, or currently pursuing specialization in legal medicine - Having passed any of the competitive examinations (forensic doctor selection exams) * Indifferent employment contract * Full-time
