Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager / Assistant Site Manager for industrial projects, responsible for managing schedules, costs, personnel, and documentation in an international environment. We possess extensive international experience, with project references executed across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. **Responsibilities:** -------------- * Consolidation on-site of production-related requirements based on: * Control of project schedules and contractual milestones. * Monitoring of productivity and working hours of assigned personnel. * Cost control allocated to each execution task. * Technical assessments of execution progress. * Qualification of site personnel. * Identification of project production needs for execution. * Implementation of control mechanisms to ensure timely and compliant project completion. * Familiarity with execution practices for industrial projects. * Documentation control, both internal and client-facing. * Oversight of internal and external processes during international project execution. * Direct support to the Site Manager and Project Director across all processes. **Requirements:** --------------- * Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification relevant to the role. * Advanced level of English. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Proven experience in this position. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Opportunity to work and collaborate on industrial projects with a large multidisciplinary team * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience * Excellent working environment **Still Have Questions?** ------------------- If you have any doubts while completing the questionnaire, please contact us at: 985225522
