We love innovating! Currently, Hamelin Brands seeks to hire a **Procurement Technician** for its Flacà (Girona) headquarters to join the Procurement/Supply Department. The main mission will be to ensure the efficient, timely, and competitive supply of materials and services required for company operations, through supplier selection, negotiation and management, cost and inventory control, and proper planning and monitoring of purchases — thereby contributing to optimization of the supply chain and achievement of business objectives. For this reason, a highly motivated and proactive individual is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supplier prospecting, research, and negotiation. * Analysis of raw material pricing. * Negotiation of supply terms and assessment of operational capacity across various suppliers. * Supervision of documentation management at each purchase stage. * Planning and management of purchase orders from local suppliers, the Hamelin Group, and imports. * Managing resolution of issues arising from procurement activities. * Market trend awareness. * Management of subcontracting and display unit handling. * Internal stock management as well as stock held by subcontracting suppliers. * Compliance with defined KPIs. * Other departmental duties. **Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Intensive shift (Monday–Thursday, 8:00–16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch) + Friday intensive shift (8:00–15:00). Flexibility in start and end times possible. The workplace is located in Flacà (Girona). * **Education**: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or related fields. University Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * **Office Software Proficiency**: Medium-to-high proficiency in Excel and basic computer tools required.
