We show you here in this video: That's why we count on you as **Visual Merchandising in Store**, and you will be responsible for the store’s visual appearance, consistently promoting Brand Image, commercial effectiveness, efficiency, and coherence in the customer's omnichannel experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for adapting national guidelines, campaigns, product implementations, and other store needs, applying LM Spain's visual identity and Visual Merchandising standards in the assigned stores. You will be the person leading all changes affecting the customer's omnichannel experience in the store alongside the store CODIR, coordinating the various departments involved. You will also have the ultimate responsibility of monitoring both quantitative and qualitative results of proposed changes using KPI measurement tools. With this, you are expected to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback with this information to the regional Visual Merchandiser reference. **Main Responsibilities** **Ensure implementation and maintenance of the corporate image** * Launching and reviewing any new store image guidelines. * Planning, adapting, and monitoring commercial spaces together with sector leaders (SAS, Showroom, headers, thematic podiums, retail, product implementation) and non-commercial spaces (offices, sales points, project areas...). * Integrating services and partners into the customer journey, maintaining a cross-functional view of the store as a physical space that offers not only products but interactions and relationships within a platform-based company. **Communicate and advise** * Stay updated and communicate the latest Concept guidelines within the store. * Influence, co-create, and advise teams to generate commercial, inspiring, and efficient visual merchandising solutions aligned with LM's Concept. **Manage resources and profitability** * Manage, analyze, and report to the store CODIR qualitative and quantitative KPIs for monitoring store activities. * Prepare visual merchandising audits in collaboration with Concept Management. * Monitor visual merchandising budgets with a focus on efficiency and return on investment. * Participate in annual budgets and store investments. **Lead cultural change** * Channel the store's creativity and influence the store CODIR to align with the company strategy. * Facilitate changes in work habits to make them constructive and effective. **Desired Profile** Among the desired professional skills, we are looking for someone who demonstrates Aesthetic Sense, Ability to find creative solutions, Adaptability, Initiative, Rigor, Attention to Detail, Decision-Making, Organizational Skills.
