Opportunity for growth within the company At Grup Boira, we are preparing the opening of a new establishment and are looking to hire waiter/waitress assistants to join this new project from its inception. We seek individuals with experience in the hospitality industry, passion for customer service, a proactive attitude, and commitment to teamwork. Main Responsibilities: * Preparing and organizing the dining area prior to service. * Attending to and advising customers. * Taking and managing orders. * Serving food and beverages. * Handling payments and cash drawer reconciliation. * Resolving incidents and addressing customer needs. * Stock control and product restocking. * Supporting other operational tasks at the establishment when required, such as preparing breakfasts, sandwiches, or simple beverages. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in similar positions. * Customer orientation and service vocation. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and a positive attitude. * Availability to work rotating and/or afternoon shifts.
