Focus on improving the quality and productivity of planning processes. **Description:** ---------------- Groundforce, a company committed to equal opportunities, seeks to incorporate a Shift Planning Manager into its Palma de Mallorca base. In accordance with guidelines set by Airport Operations Management, the role will be responsible for analyzing and managing staff shift planning, aligned with the Company’s defined strategy and in compliance with the applicable Collective Agreement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and review all planning processes affecting shift staffing levels, aiming to improve their quality and productivity. * Collect and utilize necessary data to efficiently meet the operational needs of the base. * Analyze new proposals and strategies to respond to operational requirement changes, supported by daily monitoring and control to enable appropriate adjustments. * Prepare control reports for submission to Management and Department Heads. * Meet weekly and monthly shift publication targets regarding timeliness and quality standards. * Lead and manage a team of Planning Technicians to foster synergies that enhance performance efficiency and productivity. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * Advanced Excel proficiency required (charts, pivot tables, logical formulas, etc.). * Knowledge and effective use of planning systems and applications for complex data integration. VBA knowledge is highly desirable. * Labor law knowledge and ability to interpret Collective Agreements are desirable. * Experience in personnel management and daily interaction with Workers’ Legal Representatives (RLT). * Ability to work under high stress and meet deadlines. * Problem-solving profile, agile, and capable of rapid adaptation to change. * Efficiency and determination to prioritize daily tasks while accounting for unforeseen challenges. * Leadership skills and proven experience managing diverse teams are required. * A disability certificate of 33% or higher is valued.
