We are looking to incorporate a Maintenance Assistant into our team at Alannia Neptuno (Pals) to ensure the proper condition and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in various areas of the campsite, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electricity. **Main Responsibilities** \- Painting and refurbishment of facilities, furniture, and structures within the campsite. \- General maintenance of facilities: plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and masonry. \- Detection and repair of malfunctions. \- Collaboration on improvement and renovation projects. \- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Class B driver's license. \- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. \- Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
