Actively participating in software architecture and design decisions. Developing and maintaining critical functionalities for the hotel PMS. Ensuring product quality, scalability, and performance. Collaborating with Product to transform hospitality sector needs into technological solutions. Experience leading development teams or providing technical coordination. Knowledge of modern architectures, databases, and cloud environments. Experience with management software, ERP, or PMS (highly desirable). Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset. Interest in the hospitality sector and in working on an in-house product. **Desirable:** Experience with agile methodologies.
