Job Summary: We are seeking a Paper Machine Operator to support the operation, supervision, and maintenance of machinery, ensuring product quality and production process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the operation and supervision of the paper machine. 2. Collaborate in controlling production parameters and optimizing performance. 3. Perform cleaning tasks and ensure a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the operation and supervision of the paper machine during various stages of the production process. * Preparing and supplying materials, additives, and reels according to instructions from the machine operator or machine driver. * Monitoring the proper functioning of auxiliary equipment (presses, dryers, winders, cutting systems, etc.). * Collaborating in controlling production parameters: grammage, moisture, sheet quality, web alignment, and continuity. * Replacing felts, fabrics, and other consumables as required. * Performing cleaning and organization tasks in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment. * Immediately reporting any anomalies or incidents detected in the process or equipment. * Complying with plant safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Assisting in loading, unloading, and preparation of finished reels. * Collaborating with the production team to optimize performance and minimize waste. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contracts. * Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * Six consecutive working days followed by four days off. **Requirements:** * Full availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Minimum qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) certificate (proof required). * Vocational Training (FP) qualification or prior industrial sector experience will be highly valued. * Residence within the province where the vacancy is located. * Strong commitment to the company.
