Currently, we aim to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** for our **Nieves Mar Hotel**, located in L’Escala. **Responsibilities** * Support in ingredient preparation and basic food preparations. * Assistance in buffet setup and replenishment. * Support to the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. * Cleaning and organizing utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Receiving and storing goods. * Organizing cold rooms, pantries, and storage areas. * Implementation of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. * Support in delivering service correctly to ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in a similar position**. * Basic knowledge of cooking, food preparation, and handling. * Prior experience in holiday hotels or buffet services is an advantage. * Organized, proactive individual with ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to work at a fast pace during service hours. * Flexible availability. * Residence in **L’Escala or surrounding areas** is preferred. **Conditions** * Intensive or consecutive working hours according to service scheduling. * Contract type: **permanent\-intermittent** * Positive work environment and opportunity for career development within our hotel chain. * Possibility of continuation in future seasons. **If you are interested in joining RV Hotels’ kitchen team, please submit your application!** Application Questions: * Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant? * Have you previously worked in hotel kitchens, buffet services, or high-volume foodservice establishments? * Do you possess basic knowledge of food handling and HACCP regulations? * Do you currently reside in L’Escala or nearby areas? * What are your salary expectations for this position?
