Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Accounting Administrator** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring accurate recording and control of financial and economic documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Recording and accounting for customer and supplier invoices.
* Managing collections and payments.
* Bank reconciliation.
* Preparing and archiving accounting documentation.
* Monitoring and tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Supporting tax preparation and period-end closing processes.
* Document management and archiving.
* Telephone support and administrative assistance to various departments.
* Collaborating with external advisors and the finance department.
Requirements
* Education in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficiency in office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of accounting and business management software (ERP).
* Strong organizational, planning, and priority-management skills.
* Responsible, solution-oriented individual with effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of taxation and labor management.
* Experience in service-oriented companies or SMEs.
* Intermediate level of English.
