We are a construction company seeking to incorporate a Technical Architect with experience in the administrative department of construction projects within construction companies. Requirements · Experience in site administration and general management. · Preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and comparative analyses · Strong and demonstrable knowledge of Office, especially EXCEL, including advanced usage · Regular interaction with subcontractors and use of subcontractor management platforms · Preparation of Occupational Risk Prevention Plans · Assistance in daily HR management of the company · Management of public administration procedures / ISO · Ability to handle multiple tasks · Proactivity and independence in work · Understanding of one's role and position within the team structure Position type: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week Work location: On-site
