We are the team responsible for building the primary technical components upon which functional projects rely, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the entire ecosystem. ‍ These will be your main responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the technical team responsible for building and evolving the CORE components of the Cloud platform. * Design and oversee primary technical solutions that serve as the foundation for functional banking applications. * Coordinate with key bank areas (SRE, CTO, Data Hub, etc.) to ensure integration and alignment of the platform within the technological ecosystem. * Provide technical guidance to the team, resolving blockers and ensuring best development practices in Azure and Databricks. * Ensure efficiency and cost optimization in the use of built components. * Participate in component standardization across different platforms, ensuring consistency and reusability. * Manage planning, effort estimation, and delivery tracking using agile methodologies. * Contribute to team development through internal training and mentoring. **What we expect from you** You’ll likely fit well with the team if you enjoy technology, want to understand the risks facing the Bank, continuously learn about new technologies, and care not only about developing your technical skills but also improving your soft skills.
