If you are passionate about technology, oriented toward excellence, and eager to participate in innovative and high-impact projects, we want to meet you. **\> What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Work flexibility to balance personal and professional life. * Flexible compensation and benefits that support your mental and emotional well-being. * Continuous training in key procedures and technologies. * A collaborative and innovative work environment within a leading IT solutions company. * Work mode: Hybrid, at the client's site (El Escorial (Madrid)), mandatory full-time during the first month, then as required on certain days. **\> Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for system microservices and systems. * Manage container orchestration infrastructure based on Kubernetes and OpenShift, ensuring availability, scalability, and high reliability in development, testing, and production environments. * Automate build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes aligned with Métrica v3 and agile methodologies used in the project. * Coordinate integration with version control systems, artifact management, and automation tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven). * Supervise the management and configuration of cloud and on\-premise environments supporting microservices and system modules, applying security policies and practices according to the National Security Scheme (ENS). * Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and architecture teams to ensure quality, security, and efficiency in software deliveries. * Define and apply configuration management policies, infrastructure as code, and continuous monitoring using visualization and alerting tools (Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana). * Participate in code reviews, security audits, and incident management related to infrastructure and CI/CD processes. * Manage, automate, and supervise the complete cycle of code upload and deployment across different environments (dev, QA, pre-production, production), ensuring system integrity, traceability, and availability at each stage. * Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines including compilation, automated testing, validations, and automated deployment with rollback capability. * Monitor deployments and manage release-related incidents, proposing continuous improvements to the process. **Requirements:** --------------- **\> REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical fields. MECES level 2 or higher. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD roles within complex or critical projects, preferably in public administration or secure environments. * Advanced proficiency in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes and OpenShift. * Knowledge and experience in automating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Helm, or equivalent tools, integrated with version control systems (Git) and dependency management (Maven). * Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated deployments in hybrid environments (cloud and on\-premise). * Ability to implement secure deployment strategies including progressive rollouts, canary releases, blue\-green deployments, and rollback mechanisms. * Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy) and knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). * Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting using ELK Stack (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana. * Implementation of DevSecOps security practices, compliance with ENS and OWASP standards, secret management, and secure authentication. * Ability to work within agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello. * Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams and clear communication of technical aspects. **\> DESIRABLE:** * Knowledge of container technologies (Docker), microservices, and event-driven distributed architectures (Kafka, MQ queues) will be valued. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, don't hesitate—apply now... we're waiting for you!!** Our commitment is to promote work environments where people are treated with respect and dignity, always encouraging professional development for all employees.
