A company dedicated to vehicle sales and rentals, located in Cáceres, is seeking a Workshop Manager to carry out the following tasks: * Comprehensive coordination of workshop operations: planning and distribution of workloads, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality. * Direct supervision of the technical team, promoting professional development and a positive working environment. * Management of technical incidents and resolution of complex breakdowns in collaboration with the team. * Monitoring and control of key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, repair times, and customer satisfaction. * Other duties inherent to the workplace. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as Škoda manufacturer protocols. Collaboration with other departments (parts, reception, sales) to deliver a 360º customer experience. **Workshop administrative management:** opening and closing work orders, invoicing, and reporting to management. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing official workshops, dealerships, or after-sales services. * We seek a person with strong organizational, planning, and team management skills. * Valid driver’s license category B required. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. Higher or vocational training degree (GM/GS) in automotive engineering, electromechanics, vehicle maintenance, or similar.
