Extensive internal development and promotion opportunities. We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join the company's sales and commercial strategy department. Their primary responsibility will be to maximize business opportunities through the definition and implementation of strategies that boost sales and reinforce customer relationships. The role involves both direct commercial management and coordination with external distributors (dealers/agents), working across a broad range of sector-specific services. Main Responsibilities * Identification and development of new business opportunities * Design and execution of commercial strategies * Management, monitoring, and retention of the customer portfolio * Coordination and management of external distributors * Achievement of commercial and sales targets * Development of long-term commercial relationships Scope of Activity Commercial activities focus on services such as: * Fire safety systems (PCI) * Intrusion and burglary alarm systems * Alarm Receiving Centers (ARC) * Video surveillance (CCTV) * Security monitoring and auxiliary services * Access control * Photovoltaic installations and self-consumption * Emergency plans Required Profile * Commercial profile with strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships * Customer- and results-oriented mindset * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial processes * Proven experience in commercial management Requirements * Valid driver's license * Minimum education: Vocational Training (FP) or Higher Vocational Training (administrative, finance, secretarial, or technical fields) * Willingness to travel within the Extremadura region and neighboring areas * Commitment, responsibility, and long-term orientation Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing external distributors * Ability to establish stable commercial partnerships Conditions * Permanent contract with probationary period * Fixed remuneration according to collective agreement plus variable pay based on objectives * Support from various company departments (sales, technical, legal, financial, and management) * Opportunities for internal development and promotion * Stable and professional work environment **Department:** Sales and Commercial Strategy Department **Working Hours:** Full-time **Location:** Extremadura Region
