Experience in gastronomic or haute cuisine restaurants. Experience managing dining room teams. Mandatory Education: Training in Hospitality, Catering, or Dining Room Management. Desirable: Sommelier certification. Restaurant management. Service protocols. Hospitality or customer service courses. Languages (Mandatory): Native Spanish or C2 level. English minimum B2.
