Your Mission You will be the responsible figure for defining, leading, and executing the corporate IT strategy—ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity, application evolution, and infrastructure modernization—with focus on efficiency, scalability, and business alignment. Team Under Your Responsibility You will manage a team of 3 people: Systems Programming Networks and Security Your challenge will be to coordinate, prioritize, professionalize processes, and turn the IT department into a true business partner. Challenges (the exciting ones) Lead the group’s technological modernization (infrastructure, applications, security, processes). Design and implement a digital transformation roadmap with measurable impact. Improve IT governance: procedures, SLAs, support, inventory, documentation, and control. Drive strategic and continuous improvement projects with a corporate and multi-company perspective. Elevate cybersecurity and resilience (backups, DRP, hardening, policies). Direct reporting to executive management: investment proposals, prioritization, and reporting. ✅ Responsibilities End-to-end leadership of the IT area and team coordination. Management of technology vendors (selection, negotiation, quality control). Definition of technology architecture and standards. Security: policies, access control, audits, compliance, and best practices. Project management: planning, budgets, timelines, risks, deliverables. Ensure daily operations and evolution: support, incident handling, improvements, and continuity. Collaborate with group departments to align technology with real business needs. What We Are Looking For Mandatory Experience as IT Head/Manager in large enterprises or complex environments (multi-site, multi-company, or high-criticality). Ability to lead—and also dive into details when required. Results-oriented, organized, sound judgment, and strong communication skills with the business. Mindset of continuous improvement, initiative, and autonomy. Highly Valued Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (implementation, evolution, or ERP governance). Ability to prioritize and make impactful decisions. Conditions Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 gross/year (depending on experience and fit). Work Mode: 100% on-site. Location: Offices in Barcelona (08025).
