To strengthen this process, we are looking to hire a **Junior Hardware / QA Technician**, with an interest in electronics, hands-on work, and technical product validation, who wishes to develop professionally within an industrial and technological environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participation in **prototype development**, intervening in all stages: definition, execution, verification, and technical documentation. * **Testing of new products**, including wiring of necessary interconnections for commissioning. * Verification of equipment functionality using **in-house tools** or software provided by the manufacturer. * Collaboration in the **resolution of incidents** arising both during development and in the production line. * Verification of **power supplies, wiring continuity, operation of individual components**, and subsystems. * Execution of **manual and functional QA tests** to ensure product quality. * Support to assembly and manufacturing teams when required, fostering cross-departmental collaboration. **Educational and Technical Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in technical fields, preferably: Higher Technician in Electronic Maintenance or equivalent. * Professional experience **preferably between 6 and 12 months** in similar roles. * Knowledge of **through-hole and SMD soldering**. * Basic knowledge of **low-signal electronics** and use of a **multimeter**. * Proficiency with **basic tools for prototype fabrication**. * Ability to interpret **technical documentation** for electronic devices: power supply requirements, communication interfaces, power consumption, maximum current, etc. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract and professional stability * Quality-oriented culture and continuous improvement * Reduced working hours on Fridays and during summer * Flexible compensation plan **\#joinourteam** At Grupo Orenes, we believe in people for who they are and what they contribute.
